The Impression
Definition comes from accuracy, not depth. Our deboss is flat, not sculpted. This keeps sheets stable, allowing efficient finishing and scalable production without loss of detail. This production approach keeps output consistent, easily handling 100,000+ impressions without any drop in quality.
Pressure Control
Pressure is calibrated specifically for the stock. Fibers are compressed without being crushed. Fine detail remains intact. Edges stay sharp and consistent.
Production Setup
Makeready is engineered to support the sheet evenly. The reverse of the sheet remains flat during impression. The setup is tightly controlled to protect the equipment and maintain reliable output at 5,000 sheets/ day.
